I've also been on suboxone for about 15 years and I had 8 months suboxone free at one point but relapsed due to extreme depression. I've read people actively on suboxone don't respond well to ketamine treatment. I’ve done both the esketamine nasal spray (which didn’t work) and ketamine iv (which has stabilized me a bit) for diagnosed, treatment resistant depression with psychotic factors.
