Verizon can make calls but not receive.

I have an unlocked Verizon Samsung Galaxy S20+ (Model #SM-G986U). It appears to be sending & receiving texts without issue, and the internet (mobile & Wi-Fi) are working fine. It can't make or receive any calls, and the received calls aren't even showing up on my calls list. I'm in northeast Georgia, USA if that matters.I live in WV with my father and our phone is not getting calls being made to us.
